Blueberry Lime Loaf With White Chocolate Lime Glaze

350 for about 50 minutes

Ingredients

• 1 cup (250 mL) butter, softened
• 2 cups (500 mL) granulated sugar
• 4 eggs
• 3-1/4 cups (800 mL) all-purpose flour
• 4 tsp (18 mL) grated lime zest
• 2 tsp (10 mL) baking powder
• 1 tsp (5 mL) salt
• 1 cup (250 mL) buttermilk
• 1/4 cup (60 mL) lime juice
• 2 cups (500 mL) frozen blueberries (I would use fresh)

White Chocolate Lime Glaze:

• 2 cups (500 mL) chopped white chocolate
• 1/4 cup (60 mL) whipping cream, (35%)
• 1 tbsp (15 mL) grated lime zest
