Coleslaw
1 small cabbage 1 carrot grated 1 stick of celery sliced 2 shallots grated 2 radishes sliced a few fresh peas 1/4 cup olive oil 1 tbsp. mayo 2 tbsp.milk 2 tbsp. fresh parsley 2 tbsp. fresh chives 2 tbsp. fresh rosemary salt and pepper
