11/2 lbs potatoes boil
Pulse the next 4 together
1 onion
1/2 lb. cream cheese
3 tbsp. butter
2 eggs
Salt and pepper
Add mashed boiled potatoes
Mix and put in a covered bowl and put in oven @325 for 1 hour.
I always add more butter and some paprika before putting into oven.
