Christmas Cake
Auntiejane;
With Christmas not that far off. Do you have a special Christmas cake recipe. Thanks Freda Newly wed in Victoria.
The only one that I ever used was a Caribbean recipe many years ago. I will look and see if I still have it. All I remember was pouring rum over it for a few months.
