Lemon Loaf

1/2 cup butter
1 cup white sugar
Rind of lemon
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 1/2 cup flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
2 beaten eggs well beaten

Bake 350 for 40 to 45 minutes

After done pour over a tbsp.of lemon juice and sugar
