1 pound of butter
1 cup of fine berry sugar
3 to 4 cups of flour
Mix flour in slowly kneading with your hands and when it comes together away from bowl it is ready to roll out.

Bake at 325 till lightly browned, about 20 mins. For large cakes 1 hour.
